Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping
At this time, Angela’s Creations ships only within the United States. Most orders are shipped through USPS. We may ship larger orders through UPS or FedEx when appropriate. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Returned Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact Angela’s Creations as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address may no longer be able to be changed.
If a package is returned to Angela’s Creations because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or another issue that is not the fault of Angela’s Creations, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and delays may occasionally occur. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period of time or you believe your package may be lost, please contact Angela’s Creations so we can help determine the next steps.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with members of your household, nearby neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If the package still cannot be found, contact Angela’s Creations. We will work with you and the shipping carrier when possible to help resolve the issue.
Angela’s Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist you if a shipment becomes lost or missing.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and pre-order items may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing time for these items will be provided in the product description or communicated with you when your order is placed. During busy seasons, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, processing and delivery times may take longer than expected. Please keep in mind that processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include carrier delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel regular orders within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already shipped. Because custom and pre-order items are prepared specifically for each order, we can only accept cancellations before work begins or materials are purchased. Once work has started or we’ve purchased materials, you can’t cancel the order. If an order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled. You may still return eligible items under the return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible, ready-made items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Angela’s Creations. Before returning an item, please contact me by email so we can discuss the return and available options. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Angela's Creations.
Custom & Pre-Order Items
Custom and pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on Angela's Creations’ part or the item arrives damaged. Because these items are created or prepared specifically for your order, please review all details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. After Angela’s Creations processes your refund, please allow approximately 5–14 days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to make it right. Please include your order information and photos of the item and packaging when possible.

Pre-Order and Custom Order Product Policy

Thank you for choosing Angela’s Creations for your custom and pre-order items. Because these products require additional time, materials, and preparation, please review the following information before placing your order.
Processing Time
We strive to have custom and pre-order items ready to ship within approximately 3–4 weeks. Processing times may vary depending on the number of orders currently being completed and the availability of the supplies needed to create your item. Please keep in mind that the 3–4 week time frame refers to processing time and does not include shipping time.
Supply Availability
Occasionally, a specific material or product needed to complete your order may become unavailable or be placed on backorder by one of our suppliers. For example, a particular size canvas, or other material may temporarily be unavailable.
If this happens, you will be contacted by email and offered an alternative that is as close as possible to your original selection. You may choose to:
Accept the alternative option and have your order completed, or
Request a refund if the original item or material is unavailable.
We will not substitute an item or material without contacting you first.
Payment
Full payment is required before work begins on a custom order. Because custom and pre-order items are created or prepared specifically for your order, please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, personalization details, and other selections before submitting your order.
Cancellations
Custom and pre-order items may only be canceled before work has begun or materials have been purchased. Once work has started or materials have been purchased for your order, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom and pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on the part of Angela’s Creations or the item arrives damaged. Because personalized and custom items are created specifically for you, they can be difficult or impossible to resell. For this reason, it is very important to review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Original Paintings
When you purchase an original painting from Angela’s Creations, you are purchasing the physical artwork.

Recreated Paintings
Because each painting is created by hand, a recreated painting will not be an exact duplicate of the original.
